<dc:description>HistoryMaker was a great time and success. Playing at Calvary Community Church for about 1000 people who were into worship from the very first note was a blast. The night included joint worship with the dance team from the DanceBarn. As well as weekend direction from the McAlister's. Hopefully we can do it again some year.. hey and maybe do a bit more.

</dc:description>

 <dc:description>Just got back from CFC in Qualicum and although quite tired after unloading the van we had a great trip. They group was very receptive and it was really exicting breaking out into some dance tunes and having a large group dancing right with us. Or almost us with them. Either way... was a great trip.

</dc:description>

Impressions

 <dc:description>It is amazing what kind of impression you can leave on a person or a place. You can leave an impression that when they talk about you and your visit they either say something positive or good or something that is lame or irrelevant. It really got me thinking that I don't want to spend the time to go somewhere, pour my heart out, do my best or what I think is my best, take time off from family and work, to have people remember something beside the point of why you went in the first time.

I want people to remember that God is charge and we were open to him. I guess worship can turn out a variety of ways and different people will get a variety of "encounters" from it, but I hope our hearts are worn on our sleaves and it doesn't come down hopeful fakeness.

Powell River you were great. We appreciate the time spent there. The hospitality was tremendulous. Thanks Crag and Rich. Lastly... Good Impressions.!
</dc:description>

 <dc:description>It was nice to rock out at Tehillah again. Tehillah is always great to play at but we sometimes can feel like we are in a rut or just doing the same thing over and over again. When it comes down to it, we actually have to decide to make this night different from the rest and not run with the blessing from the week before... But rather ask God for the blessing/direction/Spirit/etc. for the current night. For the current worship. For our current hearts.

You see so much can change from one week to the next or from one gig to the next. With that said it really becomes important to seek God for the current anointing as some would call it. We don't want the old Spirit but something fresh and as we continue to press into God with a heart for the day/hour/min. He will surely bless us with that direction.

Why 110 - plainly - That was the volume.
</dc:description>

Glad Tidings - Vancouver

 <dc:description>It is official - we absolutely love the ferries... but with that said we had a successful trip to Glad Tidings Vancouver. Actually the ferries are officially really really boring. The show went off well thanks to Ben's quick work at getting the system up and running. We played for about 30-40 of their youth/young adult group as they enjoyed some wonderful cheesecake and later jumped, and I mean jumped, right into worship.
Part way through we decided to give away one cd to the group. I came up with this great idea to have a drawing competition on the paper-covered-tables of pictures of the band. Greg later was given the task of deciding the best craylon artwork of the band and gave up the cd. Thanks for the great time - Good work DW, keep it up - Marcus don't sell the CD too quick. Lastly, anytime you can play floor hockey till 1 in the morning is a good time. Later</dc:description>

Plunder in Courtenay

 <dc:description>
Well we had a great trip up to Courtenay on Sat. evening for their annual conference called Consumed. (http://www.pacificmc.com/) The crowd was awesome as about 200-250 people got right into worship off the first note. We new something great was going to happen as it was really tough getting there...

First I woke up Sat. morning with the flu and had a real hard time getting vertical. Not to mention a few trips to the bathroom for you know what. So we get loaded up after lunch and head up. Thanks to Trev for driving my van so I could relax and try not to puke. About 50 k's from Courtenay we get a call from Greg who is just a little ahead of us saying he blew the transmition on his suv.

So here we are standing on the side of the road, our FIRST band vehicle break down not sure what to do next. Thankfully we got a BCAA tow truck to take his vehicle back and Trev's dad flew up to us in his Pontiac to give us a ride the rest of the way.

Well the evening was great and we got to meet some new friends and worship with a great group up there. It was clear through out the service that God was working in a lot of peoples lives and I am blessed to be apart of it. God bless you guys cya again sometime soon.

-kevin
</dc:description>
